I started this website after having a rocky journey of buying our first property. Full of surprises and not knowing what to ask and what to look for during inspections. I realised out there that there are a lot of blogs covering 10 things out of 100 things with numerous overlaps in each of the next article. So instead of having to navigate through all that, I wanted to make it an easy to navigate website that enables you to start building out a more comprehensive list of what to look for when you go property hunting and have the most important information during each stage of your property buying journey at your fingertips.
No matter if you are a: first home buyer, upsizing or downsizing, buying an investment property you want to move into later in life when you have a larger family or simply finding your next home as a rental tenant. Our mission is to help navigate those unfamiliar territories.
